Media Reduction Package: This is a plan to get rid of excess stress by simplifying your schedule and home environment. Do you feel like you are always running around and pressed for time? This helps you get back to focusing on the important things in life. For children and families you can use this package to get rid of excess media use (t.v., video games, you tube, Facebook, etc.), The therapist comes to your home to work with you and your family on developing a plan.
Clutter Reduction Package: This involves the counselor helping to get rid of excess toys and clutter that are causing the home to feel chaotic. The counselor comes to your home to work with you and your family on developing a plan. Time will be spent on prioritizing what you want to accomplish and helping the whole family get on board with the plan.

Home visit- This allows the counselor to see you in your environment and get to the route of the problem. Time is spent discussing the issues and strategies that will work for your family. Charts and plans will be provided if needed at a follow up appointment.
Email Support- Get in touch with the counselor for questions, trouble shooting, and alternative ideas. This can be as needed support or a monthly rate.
Phone consultations- Talk with the therapist about any concerns or just to get confirmation you are implementing the plan correctly. This can be as needed or purchased at a monthly rate.
