Therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder
Why do I offer Autism Specific services? This is due to the unique nature of the diagnosis. People who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder have a different way of processing and interpreting information about their environment. Counseling for someone with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can be very useful because it helps to build skills that may not come naturally to the person. In addition to working with people diagnosed with ASD; we offer supports and services to family members to build the most successful and happy environment for all. Siblings are often in need of supports or just someone to vent to. Giving everyone in the family the supports they need to function in a happy and healthy way is key to the long term success of the interventions. Some examples of services available are:

Relationships & Dating Coaching
If you are on the spectrum and feel like you never know how to start a relationship, then coaching is for you. I will give specific skills and discuss your approach and ways to improve. This is is an important part of many people's lives that can feel hard or even impossible when you are on the spectrum. I will work with you to build confidence in your abilities to form relationships so you can find someone to share your interests and hobbies with. |
